Whether you're a complete newbie, looking for a personal best time, or have your heart set on a new distance, Amanda is your girl.
With over 10 years of competitive running and racing experience, Amanda will explain the ins and outs of a proper warm up, cool down, drills to improve stride, and the many methods of keeping your muscles well balanced and injury free. Amanda's knowledge of running has her properly equipped to answer all your gear, nutrition, and cross training questions.

1:1 Run Coaching with Amanda caters to a first time lace-up and an avid racer. All ages and all levels of experience are welcome. Run sessions include the following:

Amanda specializes in helping aspiring runners feel more confident in their stride. Her personalized 1:1 Run Coaching is designed to meet you where you're at and get you where you want to be. Her coaching methods are designed to be attainable - and more importantly sustainable - with consideration of demanding individual lifestyles.

Amanda's run coaching is offered in person or through a detailed individualized program to make each run intentional. Many opt for a hybrid approach of both services. This is dependent upon on how much support you seek in your training.
