Amanda's personal training service engages clients in their own calculated exercise disciplines. Training techniques will vary based on each person's individual objective. With a mix of cardio, body weight exercises, and weight training,  

Amanda will find what’s best effective for you and your concerns, while keeping you challenged and motivated for more.

Amanda brings both academic and athletic credentials to your training session. She will formulate your fitness strategy based on your answers to a number questions about your lifestyle, diet, occupation and medical history. By understanding your current state of fitness, she can perfect and tweak your training as necessary.

As your training with Amanda develops over time, she will identify your fitness milestones and continue your fitness journey by setting new goals for you to crush. Amanda wants movement to stick, becoming something you genuinely enjoy. Becoming passionate, disciplined, and consistent about your body is the her ultimate goal for you. A positive mindset and attitude about movement plays a crucial role in sustainable results. 

If you're not seeing results in your own workouts, don't know where to start, want to learn to workout on your own, want to beat the boredom of your own, need to be challenged, are training for a sport/event, or have a specific injury or you must train around or for, personal training with Amanda is the perfect solve.
